Ingredients 100ml heavy cream 350ml milk of your choice 90g organic sugar 1 Tbsp Rising Star Vanilla Bean Paste 4 Tbsp cornstarch 1 Tbsp butter, room temp Pinch of turmeric, optional for coloring Instructions Add heavy cream, milk, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla bean paste, and turmeric (if using) to a medium pot. Whisk together. Place over a medium-high heat. Continue whisking, adding in butter. Once thickened, about 3-4 minutes, remove from heat. Serve over apple crumble or desired dessert and enjoy.
