Although we have a strict Allergen Program in place to minimize chances of cross-contamination from allergens, our products are NOT produced in a tree-nut or peanut or allergen free facility.

All our extracts and paste have airtight seals across the top under the cap for freshness, flavor preservation and safety. Our extracts and pastes are packaged in amber-colored bottles to protect from light infiltration.

All of our products are made in the US. We use some premium imported ingredients like Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans and Saigon cinnamon.

Our Vanilla Bean Paste can be used as a 1:1 replacement for Vanilla Extract in baking, or as your new favorite slightly sweet condiment - try drizzling it on your morning yogurt or waffles, or adding it to coffee and other drinks.Â
