
Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 stick + 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp Rising Star Vanilla Extract
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
- 1/2 cup each of butterscotch, semi sweet, and white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- Flaky sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F
- In a stand mixer or mixing bowl, beat together butter and both sugars (2-3 minutes). Add egg and vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Add all the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix until almost combined.
- Add ALL the add in and gently fold in or mix on the lowest setting until combined.
- Scoop out 12 cookies using a large cookie scooper (roughly 1/4 cup per cookie).
- Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 16-18 minutes.
- Once removed from the oven, sprinkle flaky sea salt (if desired) and let cool on a baking sheet for 15 minutes before moving to a cooling rack to cool completely.
